You have a track record of creating growth, profit and expansion, and have created revenue growth specifically in business to business environments.
Your mission as the General Manager is to lead HATO’s commercial and operational expansion across China and East/Southeast Asia, double the revenue over the next 3 years while building a scalable and high-performing organisation.
You will take over a business that is leading the industry. You will take over from the current General Manager who has played a critical role in growth. As this person is moving across to another business line, HATO requires a strong commercially driven and hands on General Manager to lead the business in the next stages of expansion.
You’ll have a sales team and will be tasked with improving results whilst growing the team, whilst ensuring operational excellence in manufacturing.
You will report directly to HATO’s CEO in the Netherlands, communicate with global stakeholders, and manage sales teams across China and Asia.
Please note, the working location is in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China and you will need to be confident in communicating in both Chinese and English.

You will travel extensively across China, visiting customers and taking on the lead role in securing new major clients which includes challenging negotiation management and handling of accounts.
