Your challenge:
P&O Employee
As a P&O Employee, you play a crucial role in supporting HR and contribute to a pleasant and efficient working environment. You will be responsible for various administrative and organizational HR tasks, supporting employees and managers in the field of human resources. Thanks to your accuracy and service-oriented attitude, you ensure that everything runs smoothly!
What will you do:
- Supporting HR with personnel administration, contract management and absenteeism registration.
- Drafting and processing employment contracts and other personnel documents.
- Managing personnel files and ensuring an up-to-date administration.
- Supporting recruitment and selection processes, such as scheduling interviews and communicating with recruitment agencies and candidates.
- Coordinating training and education for employees.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees with questions about HR-related matters.
- Support with HR projects, such as onboarding, vitality and satisfaction surveys.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in HR processes and thinking along about optimizations

What We’re Looking For:
- A completed MBO or HBO education in the direction of HRM, Human Resources or a similar study.
- At least 2 years of experience in a support HR position.
- Experience with personnel administration and HR systems.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, accurate and service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language, English is an advantage.
- Affinity with the agricultural sector or technology is a plus.
