For example, during bedtime, ceiling lights are turned off first, guiding chicks toward the aviary system. Ten minutes later, the aviary lights are switched off, encouraging a consistent sleep routine. This method reduces stress and ensures the chicks rest properly, leading to healthier outcomes.
