To accelerate our growth across Latin America, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build strong partnerships and expand our presence throughout the region.

The Role: Business Development Manager Latin America
As Business Development Manager Latin America, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth throughout the region. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships and support distributors, integrators and key accounts in achieving sustainable growth. You will play a crucial role in strengthening HATO's market position and expanding our customer base across Latin America.

Key Resonsibilities

✔️ Develop and execute HATO's commercial growth strategy for Latin America
✔️ Identify, appoint and support distributors, dealers and strategic partners
✔️
Build relationships with key accounts, integrators, consultants and OEM customers
✔️ Develop new business opportunities within poultry, dairy and livestock sectors
✔️
Prepare and execute sales plans, forecasts and growth initiatives
✔️ Support marketing activities, trade shows and customer events throughout the region
✔️Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management through CRM systems

✔️ Skilled at building long-term customer relationships
✔️ Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
✔️ Excellent communicator and negotiator 
 ✔️ Based in the region, with a strong understanding of local markets and culture

What you bring:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering or a related field
✔️ Ideally minimum 5 years of experience in international sales or business development
✔️
Experience within agriculture, poultry, livestock, agri-tech or related industries
✔️ Proven track record in developing international markets and distribution networks
✔️ Experience working across different cultures and countries
✔️ Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is considered an advantage
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively throughout Latin America
