Business Development Manager (Latin America)

As a Business Development Manager, you will focus on identifying, creating and leveraging new business opportunities, new markets and new customers. You will develop strategic plans and partnerships that contribute to the company's growth and expansion. At least 50% of your time will be spent on direct customer contact.

This role is specifically focused on the Latin American region, where you will be responsible for expanding our presence and market position within these markets.

Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis;

• Continuously analyse market trends, competition and opportunities.
• Share strategic insights with internal team.

Strategic Planning.

• Develop business development strategies and market approach plans.
• Evaluate and adjust based on market feedback.

Customer Relationship Building:

• Identify, approach and guide potential customers and partners.
• Build lasting relationships with all relevant stakeholders.

Sales and Acquisition:

• Generating leads and converting them into concrete deals.
• Preparing quotations, negotiating and closing contracts.

Product and Service Development:

• Identifying opportunities for new products and services.
• Translate feedback from the market into improvements.
  
  

Reporting and Evaluation:

• Report on updates and market insights.
• Periodically evaluate effectiveness of BDM strategies and adjust as needed.

Internal collaboration:

• Close collaboration with sales, marketing and product development.
• Contribute to cross-departmental goals.

• Successful market entries
  

Reports

• Weekly reporting to Sales Manager
• In case of deviations report directly to Sales Manager
