Introducing HATO's New CEO: Max Obers

As we step into 2025, we carry forward a legacy of 50 years dedicated to enhancing animal well-being and agricultural success through innovative, yet affordable lighting solutions.  

Today, we’re excited to share the next chapter of HATO’s journey with you: Max, son of Paul Obers, has officially taken the helm as our new CEO. 

Honoring the past, embracing the future 

HATO began as a family business driven by a passion for improving the lives of animals and the farmers who care for them. Over five decades, we’ve pioneered groundbreaking lighting technologies, worked alongside partners worldwide, and built a reputation for excellence and innovation. As we celebrated our 50th anniversary, we reflected on our achievements - but also looked ahead to the bright opportunities on the horizon. 

Max Obers, the second generation of the Obers family, is stepping into his new role with a clear vision for the future.

• Global outreach: Our dedicated marketing and sales teams will travel the globe as part of our Bright & Beyond Tour, meeting with farmers, industry experts, and partners to share knowledge and provide personalized solutions.
