The Role:
Sales Account Manager
As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial activities. You’ll work alongside your colleagues to exceed customer expectations and expand our customer base. You’ll play a central role in our commercial strategy, taking part in weekly meetings to discuss how to improve customer satisfaction.
Your Challenge:
- Managing the order process, entering orders, and promptly addressing any challenges.
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about our products and services, ensuring solutions are tailored to their needs.
- Creating lighting plans to help customers find the best solutions.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute our commercial strategy.
