The Role:

Sales Support Representative

As a Sales Support Representative, you are a key link within our Sales team. You support customers and colleagues with a wide range of commercial and administrative tasks, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with colleagues from both Sales and Marketing, you contribute daily to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Managing and processing orders, ensuring accurate administrative handling.
• Responding to customer inquiries regarding our products and services.
• Advising customers and helping identify the most suitable solutions for their needs.
• Creating lighting plans to support customers in making the right choice.
• Supporting commercial activities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing departments to provide the best possible customer experience.

• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage due to our international customer base.
